Styling with lilacs
Holiday…what’s not to love. I can trim redundant branches (clarification: basically ransack one of the late blooming lilacs in my parents’ garden between torrential May rain) and set up for photos. I have to say, it is so much easier to find props here. First, I don’t have to spend $$ on gorgeous lilacs. Second, I jumped when I saw zinc plated bucket and a large basin just sitting here. Pure utilitarian, well weathered. Perfect another words. I have seen plenty of them this spring online, contemplating using some in my own redesign of the back yard. Here are my favorite moments with lilacs.
